4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are as listed on our website and mobile application. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of service or as specified during the ordering process. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platforms.

5. Pickup and Delivery

If you use our pickup and delivery service, you agree to have your items ready at the scheduled pickup time and to be available to receive your items at the scheduled delivery time. If you are not available, we will follow our standard procedures for missed pickups or deliveries.

6. Item Handling and Liability

We take reasonable care in handling your items, but we are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear during the cleaning process
  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Items that are not suitable for standard cleaning methods
  • Loss or damage due to factors beyond our control

Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of the item's fair market value or 10 times the cost of the service for that item.

7. Unclaimed Items

Items that remain unclaimed for 90 days after the scheduled delivery or pickup date may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
